Walk-ins in two taps

Add a walk-in from the floor plan, the timeline or the reservations list without filling in a booking form.

A walk-in during service shouldn’t take the same form as a booking for next month.

When you add a booking for today, Novel asks whether it’s a walk-in. Future dates open the normal booking form, so reservationists don’t get an extra click. Talk to us to switch it on.
